Tim Guercio Coaching ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and webinar registration, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you register for the webinar you submit your name, email address, and (optionally) your phone number through our registration form.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed, using cookies and similar technologies.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- register you for the webinar and send the join link;
- send event reminders by email and, if you provided a number, by SMS;
- deliver the free bonus assessment and related resources;
- send follow-up marketing emails about our programs (you may opt out anytime);
- operate, secure, and improve the website.
3. Email and SMS consent
By submitting the registration form you consent to receive event-related and marketing communications from us. Email: unsubscribe with the link in any message. SMS: message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of registration or purchase.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the webinar and our communications - for example our CRM and form provider (HighLevel), our webinar/streaming platform, email and SMS delivery providers, analytics providers, and hosting providers. These providers may only use the data to perform services for us. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Cookies and analytics
Cookies and similar technologies help the site function, remember your preferences, and measure traffic and advertising performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
6. Data retention and security
We keep registration data for as long as needed to deliver the event and our communications, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. To exercise any right, email support@timguercio.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. International transfers
We operate in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
